We provide high-reliability electrical connections using Smiths Interconnect (Hypertac)'s unique technology "Hyperboloid," which boasts over 100,000 mating cycles for single poles. Compliant with defense standard "MIL-DTL55302" and space standard "ESA ESCC 3401," the unique "Hyperboloid" contact reduces the load during mating and unmating, allowing for easy attachment and detachment even with multiple pins. The hyperboloid structure of the socket increases the contact area between contacts, and with a gold plating of 50μm, it achieves low resistance. This minimizes heat generation and supports higher currents. Available in configurations ranging from a minimum of 17 pins to a maximum of 490 pins, and from 2 rows to 5 rows, allowing for over 2,500 possible configurations. There are numerous domestic and international adoption records in the aerospace and defense sectors.
